Just a tip: post your dreams *first thing* in the morning! I've let *two* main dream themes slip into evaporation due to waiting until 4:50 PM before getting around to alt.dreams.

Ah! One just came fully back into focus:

The dreamer was *as if* (he) were entering THE "White House" *as if* he were simply avoiding security, much like the character of Shawn Spencer in the TV Series "Psych" where he slipped into a house being used by the "Ambassador from the UK" played by Malcom McDowell, who (back in the day) played the young miscreant in "A Clockwork Orange."

At any rate, the dreamer had it firmly and clearly in mind that (he) was simply going to walk in as far as possible and *see* if anyone was going to "challenge" the dreamer's presence. The dreamer had fully intended to let whomever know that the dreamer was simply "seeing" how far entry could be made.

The dreamer was likely on a "second floor" (although the location was more like a multi-floor building, a bit more modern in architecture than the building at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue) when a guy looking like a security type person came up to the dreamer. The dreamer was planning on saying something about the lack of a security badge, and even flipped (his) pocket lapel, showing it to be plain / empty / bare, when the security guy tossed a small badge (similar to a pin) to the dreamer, which surprised the dreamer, as if sharing a spare with a co-worker who had had a mental slip getting dressed, or something.

Well, that was part A of that scene, whereas part B involved an object being given to the dreamer *similar* to the "golden cross of Coronado" at the beginning of the Indiana Jones movie (the title escapes me at the moment) only the one in the dream was only about 6" in height, 4" in width, and maybe a half-inch to ¾" in width.

Clarity was around a good 9.

There was also a "word" that was shared within the dream state, but that word (while clearly transmitted) has long since evaporated past the point of recall.

The dreamer was *a bit perplexed* at being the central character in a type of large group of a few dozen people (over a large area, rather than cramped together) and although the dreamer may or may not have gotten a look at (his) clothing, it appeared that everyone was wearing white robes (not like Hebrew/Judeo-Christian robes, but more like Arabic-Muslim robes.) Also, it was *as if* the dreamer was being congratulated for converting to Islam, which the "omniscient" mind of the dreamer was making some private observations, barely heard, barely felt, akin to "Are you alright? Are you OK?" (Because, seriously, converting to Islam is akin to joining a void that does NOT exist, very much akin to walking into a "sphere of annihilation.") I'm having a headache just thinking about / recalling this one. Clarity: mentally disturbing. (Just took a slight break to "clear my head" and the headache is still lightly persisting.)

Futuristic-type dream:
The dreamer was looking out the kitchen window (real life comparison to the kitchen window at my childhood home at 1103 Scottland Drive, that looks east onto Scottland Drive, that runs from the south intersection with Greenland Drive and MTSU, to the north, which is a dead end) only the street to the left (north) went on practically to infinity (as far as the dreamer could see, according to the [northward] direction of the road.)

The activity involved a type of increasing level of action:
First, a device (possibly a slow-moving truck?) went from right-to-left (south-to-north) laying out circular, galvanized-tin-type trashcan lids at perhaps 4'–6' (evenly spaced) intervals. Those trashcan lids became round, solid (heavy) rubber-like bases, upon which came another pass of a machine similar to something that would be used to ride rails, like an old-fashioned "handcar" (kalamazoomfg.com/handcars) only rather lengthy, like 12' or longer, the width of the rails (which were perhaps ½ or ¾ gauge) heading R-L (S-N) depositing a kind of round orange-and-white barrel atop of each base (as if the barrels had an open, circular end, and that end capped over the rubber bases.)

Although the dream ended about then, the *purpose* of the cones being set up was presumably for upcoming road work, however, the dream itself *may* have been the consequence of there *possibly* having been a street-sweeper going up and down the street outside (I believe I was napping on the couch in the living room, where this would've been much easier heard, thus prompting the dream as a consequence.) Clarity 9+, but *likely* just the consequence of hearing a street sweeper go by... possibly.
